Representative Bunde, Co-chair of the Health, Education & Social               
Services Committee, moved and asked unanimous consent that the                 
five-day notice requirement in Rule 23(a) of the Uniform Rules be              
waived so that the committee may hear the following on February 8,             
1993:                                                                          
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 100                                                            
"An Act relating to criminal charges brought against minors."                 
                                                                             
There being no objection, it was so ordered.
